Stratify is built and run by a small team. There is no ticket queue and no outsourced support desk — a message here reaches the people who wrote the code.
The fastest route
- Use the `submit_feedback` tool from inside your MCP client, or the feedback form in your dashboard. It automatically carries the backtest id, the spec you ran and the error you saw, which is the context that makes a bug fixable on the first reply rather than the third.
- You can check what you have filed, and where it stands, with the `my_feedback` tool.
Security
- If you have found a vulnerability, please report it through the feedback tool and mark it as a security issue rather than posting it publicly. We will acknowledge it and tell you when it is fixed.
- Please do not run load or penetration tests against the live service. Ask first and we will arrange it.
Account and data requests
- Deletion of your account and everything attached to it, or a copy of what we hold about you: ask through the feedback tool and it will be done. See the privacy page for what is held and for how long.
